• all prices stated in EURO, ex VAT, for export and ex shipping, shipping cost depending on the order
• ordering on this B2B site is non binding and non payable; after reviewing your order we submit you for payment a proforma invoice including shipping 
• 100% prepayment after detailed agreed upon offer and proforma invoice  
•  stock items will be shipped asap after receipt of payment, pre-order items will be shipped as indicated in our specific offer
• we reserve the right to refuse an order without giving any reason

FABRICS:

For first time buyers:  first order minimum 4 bolts of 10 M of your choice

For established retailers: afterwards minimum 1 bolt of 10 M of your choice

KITS: Minimum order is 10 kits, minimum 5 kits of the same (creation and color)

DTF sets: minimum order 10 sets

Other items: as indicated in our B2B shop

*Do mind that the minimum orders for Fabrics, Kits and other Items are to be seen as separate minimums - you decide if you order fabrics and/or kits and/or other items.

We offer you 3 payment options.

after your -non payable- on-line order we issue you first a proforma invoice including the shipping, after receipt of payment, we issue you the invoice which will accompany the shipping and also mail it to you together with the tracking link:

1. For EU Retailers (ex VAT if you have a valid VAT nr) a simple and cost free SEPA transfer is possible to our IBAN account which will be indicated on the invoice.

**For Non-EU companies: if you have a Wise or Revolut account we can only recommend it to you as Wise (see www.wise.com) or Revolut (www.revolut.com) have the lowest currency conversion rates and banking transfer rates, especially if you compare with other banks and PayPal. The difference is huge. Please check it out for yourself and consider opening a free Wise or paid Revolut account as it would considerably decrease your conversion/transfer/banking costs in the future.

Or

2. Also, if you are outside Europe, you can make a (mostly quite costly and with all costs for you) SWIFT International bank transfer in EURO to our Wise Business Bank Account which will be indicated on the invoice.

Or

3. We can issue you a Credit/Debit card payment request via Wise and 3% processing fee will be added to the total of the invoice or a Credit/Debit card payment request via PayPal and 6% processing fee will be added to the total of the invoice - in both cases take into account around 7 to 14 days between your payment and us receiving it.
